Relaxing stay with great service

The hotel has a very nice pool area. Sunbeds were always available. The pool bar provided quick service. Breakfast was superb, it included everything I could want. I enjoyed happy hour cocktails. The location is a short walk to the beach.
The room looked a little tired, with some wear on the floor.

The hotel lobby is fine. the reception team gave warm welcomes. breakfast at the rim talay was fabulous. Pla and monticha ensured i had a great view of the bay. their service delivery was professional.
our bathroom was never sterilized. the dishes and cutlery in the restaurant had coffee stains and lipstick marks. i had very little privacy from my room.

I stayed in a beautiful double room ocean view. It had comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean. The breakfast had many options (i liked the fresh fruit). The free shuttle to the city was helpful.
The buggy service was slow. I had to wait 30 minutes sometimes. Rooms are far from the lobby. Walking uphill was not easy.

the buggy service was slow i had to wait longer than expected. sometimes it took up to 30 minutes i was forced to walk from the room to the lobby. the rooms are located on a hill making the walk difficult

the hotel boasts amazing friendly staff. rooms were very clean, and the views are AMAZING!!! happy hour everyday at the clubhouse included free drinks. the staff all spoke great english.
i needed to call for a ride to leave the room. i found this inconvenient.
